By purchasing and using Digital Empire Business OS ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use our products.

2. Product Description

Digital Empire Business OS is a digital product consisting of Notion templates designed to help entrepreneurs and businesses manage their operations. The product includes pre-built templates for CRM, sprint management, finance tracking, and other business functions within the Notion platform.

3. License and Usage

Upon successful purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Duplicate and use the template for your personal or business use
• Modify and customize the template to suit your needs
• Use the template for commercial purposes within your own business

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the template with others
• Offer the template as part of a competing product or service
• Claim ownership or authorship of the original template design
• Remove any copyright notices or branding from the template

4. Delivery

Upon successful payment processing through Stripe, you will receive immediate access to the product via a link to duplicate the Notion template to your workspace. Delivery is digital and instantaneous. You are responsible for having an active Notion account to use the product.

5. Payment and Pricing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD at checkout. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

The Product requires a Notion account to use. Notion is a third-party service, and you must comply with Notion's terms of service. We are not responsible for any changes, outages, or issues related to the Notion platform. A free Notion account is sufficient to use the template.

8. Updates and Support

We may provide updates to the template at our discretion. Major updates will be communicated via email. Customer support is available via email at support@digitalosempire.com. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 business hours.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Product will meet your specific requirements or that it will be error-free. Results from using the template may vary based on your implementation and business circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product.

11. Intellectual Property

The Product, including its design, structure, and organization, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that we retain all intellectual property rights to the original template design.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Graubunden, Switzerland.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
